Title: B-CPT-10095 ISA (Inside Sales Agent) Virtual Assistant (Mandarin/English)
Independent Contractor – Business Support VA/ Senior Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
We are seeking a ISA (Inside Sales Agent) Virtual Assistant to support our real estate operations through lead generation, CRM management, and appointment setting.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in real estate or general business support, with excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
1. Lead Generation
- Research and identify qualified leads using various online platforms and databases.
- Build and maintain prospect lists for targeted outreach.
- Track and update leads in the CRM system to ensure accurate data management.
2. Cold Calling
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, property owners, or leads from campaigns.
- Qualify prospects by gathering essential information and assessing interest levels.
- Nurture leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the client.
3. CRM Data Entry and Management
- Input, organize, and update client and lead information accurately in the CRM.
- Maintain data integrity by regularly cleaning and verifying records.
- Generate reports and assist in monitoring lead conversion metrics.
4. Appointment Setting
- Coordinate and schedule appointments between leads and the client.
- Manage the client’s calendar efficiently to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Send reminders or confirmations to both leads and the client before meetings.
5. General Administrative and Business Support
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to real estate operations.
- Support the client with documentation, email communication, and record-keeping.
- Perform entry-level research as needed to support business activities.
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate VA or Inside Sales Agent (ISA).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (bilingual preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, KVCore, or similar).
- Comfortable with lead generation and cold calling.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Daily Working Time: PST
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
