Title

Independent Contractor – Lead Generation and Outreach VA - Business Support VA - Entry to Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

A property management company is seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support lead generation and outreach initiatives targeting the property management and short-term rental sectors. This role focuses on researching and identifying potential clients, developing lead lists, and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns through email, SMS, and social media. The Virtual Assistant will manage follow-ups, track engagement, and collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and strategies for optimal results.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in virtual assistance, lead generation, or digital outreach, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently. Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management is essential, while familiarity with the property management or short-term rental industry is an advantage. Knowledge of GHL (GoHighLevel) is required.

The objective of this engagement is to help the client improve lead generation efficiency, strengthen client acquisition strategies, and support overall business growth through structured and data-driven outreach efforts.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • Research and identify prospective clients within the property management and short-term rental sectors
  • Develop and maintain lead lists using online directories, social platforms, and other data sources
  • Craft and send outreach messages via email, SMS, and social media to promote services
  • Manage follow-ups and track engagement to optimize conversion rates
  • Maintain organized records of outreach activity and client responses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation performance and insights

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Proven experience in virtual assistance, lead generation, or digital outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, GHL (GoHighLevel), and social media management
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach campaigns
  • Knowledge of the property management or short-term rental industry is a plus

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: between 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
