Title: CPT-10256 Operations & Project Support Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)

Independent Contractor – Business Support VA/ Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a fast, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our operations, project coordination, order processing, and customer communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working with multiple software tools in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Accent preference: Level A-B (native or near-native English accent required). Region preference: Latin America preferred but not required. This role reports directly to the company founders and offers growth opportunities.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Sales & Customer Communication:

  • Respond to LinkedIn campaign inquiries using the provided templates
  • Qualify leads and update CRM (Less Annoying CRM)
  • Pull contact information using Lusha and maintain accurate, clean data
  • Coordinate outbound email campaigns with vendors and internal teams
  • Create customer quotes for company solutions

Order & Project Management:

  • Process customer and partner orders; place supplier orders as needed
  • Track shipments and send timely updates to customers
  • Schedule projects for customer partners
  • Update internal project trackers (Google Sheets)
  • Communicate project and order status via email and Slack
  • Support high-volume customer accounts (5–10 orders weekly)

Operations & Administrative Support:

  • Maintain smooth workflow across sales, operations, and project management
  • Ensure all processes are documented and followed
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support company operations
  • Offer ongoing improvement suggestions to existing SOPs provided by the client

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Strong English written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Experience using CRM systems (Less Annoying CRM) or similar
  • Fast learner, comfortable with multiple software tools
  • Good listening skills and patience are imperative personality traits necessary
  • Experience in sales support, operations, or customer support
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Prior VA, administrative, or customer support experience preferred
  • Preferred but not required: Candidates from Latin America with a native or near-native English accent, minimal accent preferred

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: 10 AM - 7 PM EST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
