Title: CPT-10204 Marketing Funnel & Meta Ads Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – Marketing VA/Junior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Client has on online coaching program for dental professionals — is seeking a proactive and highly skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to support funnel building, Meta ads management, lead tracking, and content implementation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in creating and optimizing digital funnels, running Meta ads, and ensuring smooth integration across marketing systems. This role requires initiative, problem-solving, and the ability to keep marketing operations running efficiently with minimal supervision.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • Funnel Building & Automation
    • Build and optimize high-converting funnels (lead magnets, mini-trainings, webinars, booking funnels).
    • Set up funnel pages in Kajabi or similar platforms: landing pages, thank-you pages, registration pages, checkout pages.
    • Create and implement email automation sequences.
    • Connect integrations across Meta, Kajabi, Calendly, ManyChat, etc.
    • Implement tracking using UTM parameters, pixels, and Meta API.
  • Meta Ads Management
    • Build, test, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
    • Create multiple variations of creatives using templates.
    • Perform A/B testing on hooks, audiences, creatives, and placements.
    • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust for lower CPL and higher conversion rates.
    • Produce weekly reports with insights, metrics, and optimization recommendations.
  • Lead Management & KPI Tracking
    • Build and maintain spreadsheets dashboards for KPIs.
    • Track CPL, conversion rates, ad spend, and monthly goals.
    • Ensure all leads are routed to the correct automations and follow-up systems.
    • Help manage CRM workflows in Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, or equivalent tools.
  • Content & Creative Support
    • Repurpose long-form videos into short reels (simple edits).
    • Write headlines, hooks, and captions for ads and funnels.
    • Create simple graphics using Canva templates.
    • Upload webinar replays, timestamps, and highlight clips.
  • Admin & General VA Support
    • Organize marketing assets, SOPs, and content libraries.
    • Schedule social posts as needed.
    • Send reminders, nurturing emails, and follow-ups.
    • Support light project management: timelines, task reminders, prioritization.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (required).
  • Funnel-building experience using Kajabi, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and lead generation systems.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva).
  • Proficiency with:
    • Kajabi (or quick learner)
    • Canva
    • Google Sheets
    • ActiveCampaign or email marketing systems
  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
  • Resourceful, proactive, and self-directed.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve systems.
  • Experience with ManyChat automation. (preferred)
  • Familiarity with dental or healthcare industries. (preferred)
  • Understanding of funnel strategy frameworks (e.g., Russel Brunson, Perfect Webinar). (preferred)

  • Ads Management: Meta Ads Manager
  • Design & Editing: Canva, CapCut
  • Automation & CRM: ActiveCampaign, ManyChat, Calendly
  • Reporting: Google Sheets
  • Communication: Email, Slack/Zoom (if applicable)

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 10-20 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday, Flexible as long as deadlines are met
  • Daily Working Time: Flexible as long as deadlines are met

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
