Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Golang and a solid background in AI-driven content generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust backend services, integrating Generative AI models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and secure systems.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Integrate and optimize Generative AI models and APIs to enhance editorial workflows.
Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to define data architecture and deliver performant solutions.
Implement best practices in testing, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
Contribute to technical decisions, documentation, and continuous improvement processes.
Requirements
Must-Have:
5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years using Golang.
Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade microservices.
Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and Docker/Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Vertex AI, Hugging Face).
Solid understanding of data modeling, asynchronous processing, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication skills in English (B2+/C1).
Nice-to-Have:
Experience integrating AI/ML pipelines or collaborating with data engineering teams.
Familiarity with Python for AI model integration or scripting.
Background in e-commerce, personalization, or content-heavy systems.
Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub, etc.).
