Job Title: DevOps Administrator
Location: Midlands
Job Type: Full-Time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Salary: Up To £36,050 Per Annum DOE

Role Summery
Reporting to the Head of IT this role will work closely with the Salesforce Developer and other stakeholders to customise, configure and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform and other business systems.
You will also be required to assist end users with BAU functions and will be first line for any system specific troubleshooting and support tickets.
Training will be provided for business specific systems and functions. The right candidate for this position is someone willing to learn and enthusiastic about solving problems.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to end users from across the business by troubleshooting system issues, creating documentation and delivering training as needed.
- Collaborate with developers, system users, business analysts and project managers to customise, configure and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform and other business systems
- Configure Salesforce to meet specific business requirements by creating custom fields, page layouts, validation rules and flow automations
- Participate in testing as part of transformation projects.
- Assist in data migration and integration projects, ensuring data accuracy and consistency within the business. Assist the data team and other business stakeholders with reporting requirements relating to system data.
- Support the user administration of the system, assigning licences and ensuring security standards are upheld.
- Any other duties as required by your manager.

- Experience working with SQL, databases and CRM systems.
- Experience with automation tool
