Product Marketing & Research Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Product Marketing Associate who thrives on uncovering insights and turning them into action. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we understand the competitive landscape, track product performance, and position our offerings in the market. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s curious, analytical, and passionate about driving go-to-market success through data and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support competitive research and market analysis to help our client stay ahead of industry trends and emerging threats.
  • Deliver actionable insights that inform product strategy, positioning, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams to gather customer feedback, market signals, and competitive intelligence.
  • Help craft compelling value propositions and enablement materials for sales and customer-facing teams.
  • Contribute to product launches with market context and positioning support.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to product, sales, and executive stakeholders.
  • Track and report on the impact of competitive intelligence and research initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, market research, competitive intelligence, or sales enablement.
  • Background or familiarity with CPG, retail, or tech provider industries is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and competitive intelligence platforms (e.g., Crayon, Klue, SimilarWeb).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Passion for storytelling and translating data into strategic insights.
