AllCares Team A global tech recruitment partner working with clients across the US, EU, UK, and Israel to scale high-performing teams. We’re looking for someone to join our team who is excited to dive into the world of global recruitment and is ready to learn and grow in a Talent Sourcer role.
Required skills and competencies:
- Strong communication and networking skills (experience in roles with a high level of communication is a plus);
- Proactivity and results-oriented mindset;
- English proficiency above Upper-Intermediate level;
- Understanding of how to work with hiring resources and familiarity with key candidate sourcing tools;
- 1 year of experience in a similar role (experience closing both tech and non-tech positions will be a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, job portals, etc.);
- Communicating with candidates, screening relevant CVs;
- Maintaining documentation and working with a CRM system.
