Reports to: Senior Specialist, Sourcing
Location: North Vancouver, BC - This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office, and is open to hybrid remote work
Work Arrangement: Flexible, between in-office and home
Pay Range: $44,700- 55,100 pay is dependent on year of study and related experience
Duration: Four (4) months, September 2026 – December 2026.
Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, M-F
Your Co-Op Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Sourcing Co-Op Student, you support the Buy Ready process throughout the Product Lifecyle. You assist the finished goods Sourcing team who ensure that cost and margin targets are achieved, vendor relationships are maintained, supply chain requirements are met, and contribute to our ability to scale a skilled, capable manufacturing base.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:
The Sourcing Team is passionate about product, cost, and details. We partner closely with our vendors and cross functional partners to ensure products meet cost, capability and quality expectations, while supporting our sourcing strategies. We own the product costing process from pre-cost to production. We work with our vendor base and Sourcing Team to understand cost drivers and apply our learnings to inform our product creation process
If you were a Sourcing Co-Op Student now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
Maintaining data in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system such as
Vendor Contact details
Cost sheet linking
Planning Category confirmation
Entering and maintaining product costing
RM local source quote creation
Supporting in hosting on-site visits with our vendors
Creating seasonal Sourcing task calendars based off company GTM calendar
Preparing shipments of samples
Analyzing YoY and SoS costing data
Creating SOPs and process mapping of Sourcing driven processes
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
Creating file for product cost comparisons
Supporting in creation of Seasonal Kick Off Packages
Creating summaries and analysis of Multi Source model
Here are some of the things you will learn by the end of your Co-Op placement:
You will learn the end-to-end product costing process
You will understand the business value of maintaining a strong vendor relationship
You will learn how to take a long-term strategic plan from the business and adapt into a product specific sourcing strategy
You will be proficient in using a PLM system
Are you our next Sourcing Co-Op Student?
You have completed at least 2 years of post-secondary education in business, supply chain management or related field
You have knowledge or desire to understand soft product/apparel construction
You understand or have the desire to understand the product lifecycle – from ideation to consumer
You have the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, both internally and externally
You have strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks within tight deadlines
You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right

$44,700 - $55,100 a year
Individual pay is determined by factors such as program of study, year of study, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
