Location: North Vancouver, BC – This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office, and is open to hybrid remote work
Work Arrangement: Flexible, between in-office and home
Pay Range: $42,100 - $55,100; pay is dependent on year of study and related experience
Duration: Four (4) months, September 8, 2026 – December 18, 2026
Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, M-F

As the Strategy Analyst Co-Op Student, you will support the enablement of our long-term strategic plan, through cross-functional project management and strategy development. You will be responsible for supporting the broader team in driving key projects forward; including executing the project plan, delivering key areas of work, and working with the team to see progress and unblock challenges along the way.

Meet Your Future Team:
The Strategy team, which sits within the Brand Marketing function, partners with the executive leadership team in the development, prioritization, and oversight of our company strategies, working cross-functionally across the business to ensure attainment of our long-term strategic objectives and goals. The team provides strategic insights and frameworks to enable strategy development, cross-functional alignment and executive decision making. We are experts at translating complex, unstructured problems into clear executive level narrative and recommendations. Our team leads the company’s long-range strategic planning process and quarterly business reviews to connect our strategy to our annual operating budget and annual strategic plan.
If you were the Strategy Analyst Co-Op Student, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Supporting the development of data-informed strategies by contributing research, analysis, and insights
- Assisting in building frameworks to help cross-functional stakeholders identify opportunities and solve challenges
- Supporting the preparation of stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and SteerCos by developing content and materials
- Assisting in creating presentations and strategic communications to share across the organization
- Contributing to the annual business planning process by supporting cross-functional coordination and documentation
- Assisting in maintaining tools, processes, and governance that track progress against strategic plans
- Supporting project setup by helping to document ways of working, stakeholder maps, and key timelines
- Assisting in tracking project progress, flagging risks, and preparing updates for senior leaders

- You will learn how to structure complex business problems — gain experience developing frameworks that help large, cross-functional teams identify opportunities and work through challenges
- You will understand how to communicate strategy across an organization — develop skills in crafting clear, compelling presentations and strategic communications for diverse audiences
- You will gain understanding on how business planning works end-to-end — get hands-on exposure to the annual planning cycle, including how long-term strategies are translated into actionable plans across functions

- You are enrolled as a 4th year in business, strategy, or related undergraduate program
- You have some professional or internship experience in strategy, business, consulting, or a related area — whether through co-ops, internships, or part-time roles
- You are a curious and creative problem solver who can connect dots and think beyond the obvious
- You have a genuine interest in consumer products, retail, or the outdoor industry
- You can take complex information and distill it into clear, simple ideas and recommendations
- You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments and can bring structure to unorganized problems
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build a compelling story through a presentation
- You are collaborative by nature and can work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders
- You are a self-starter who takes initiative, follows through, and is driven by results
- You are adaptable, resilient, and open to feedback
- You have a commitment to doing what is right and making ethical decisions

Individual pay is determined by factors such as program of study, year of study, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
