Our objectives are efficiency, excellence, and continuous sales process optimization. The SP&P team focuses on making Auto1’s sales approach strategic, data-driven, and deliberate. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to creating the best value proposition for our dealers by implementing standardized processes and sharing best practices across our sales organization.

- Full-time working hours from 9:00 to 18:00, 100% remote

Descripci贸n del empleo
- At least 3 years of experience driving sales initiatives aligned with market realities and group targets.
- Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis
- Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: targets, dealers, tools, and clear accountability for results
- Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders; escalate blockers and push corrective actions fast.
- Work cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing)
Requisitos
- First working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations or in a dynamic, fast-paced international scale-up environment
- SQL knowledge, experience using GSheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets, CRM experience is a plus
- Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English, other EU languages are a plus
