The Role

The Vice President of Human Resources (Europe) provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization’s HR operations across all European markets. This role is critical in shaping the company’s culture, talent management, HR policies, procedures, and best practices ensuring they align with the overall business strategy and goals.

Where: You’ll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge station. We offer flexible start and end times and also welcome flexible working conversations.

You will

  • Partner with European leadership to define and execute the European people strategy that supports growth, innovation and operational excellence.
  • Translate global HR priorities into actionable regional initiatives, ensuring cultural and legal alignment across European markets.
  • Serve as the senior HR voice in Europe, representing regional needs and perspectives to the US executive team
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational culture, leadership and employee engagement.
  • Lead HR operations across multiple European countries, including the UK, France, Germany and Sweden.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters across multiple European markets.
  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with UK and EU employment laws, data protection (GDPR) and local regulations.
  • Drive recruitment and talent acquisition strategies across Europe to attract, develop and retain top talent.
  • Lead initiatives in performance management, learning and development and succession planning in line with global programs.
  • Champion a unified and inclusive culture that reflects company values across all European offices
  • Establish key HR metrics and analytics to measure HR effectiveness
  • Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing and diversity and inclusion.
  • Build and mentor a high performing regional HR team that partners effectively with business leaders

We are looking for people with

  • Significant related work experience and previous management experience is required.
  • Proven success leading people operations including TA across multiple European countries within a multinational or matrixed organization
  • Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of strategic HR management.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
  • Experience in the Technology, music and entertainment industry preferred.
  • Deep understanding of UK labor laws, employment practices. Understanding of other European country labor laws preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced work environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to forge strong, trusting relationships with management, direct reports, and field Human Resource teams
  • Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented
  • Ability to think strategically and globally, and develop innovative and creative solutions to non-routine matters
  • Ability to provide oversight to numerous business units and projects simultaneously
  • Superior presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong internal/external client service focus; comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify issues, and develop appropriate solutions
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with US-based executive teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook; Word; Excel; PowerPoint); and ability to learn all required business systems
  • Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively
  • Ability to maintain data security and confidential information
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or related filed, advanced qualifications or CIPD certification desirable

Salary: £130,000.00 - £150,000.00 per annum plus benefits
