About the BEAST
The Backoffice Engineering & Automation Systems Team (BEAST) is the muscle behind Tylko’s operations. We hunt down manual work, tame inefficiencies, and replace them with elegant, self-running systems.
Now we’re evolving again — bringing AI-powered automation into the mix. You’ll help us design custom AI agents that detect bottlenecks, make decisions, and keep our teams in flow. When a problem looks too human to automate… we teach an agent to handle it.
About PRODIGI
The Parametric Team is the brain behind Tylko’s configurator. We take the wild ideas of our customers — shelves that fit under slanted ceilings, wardrobes tailored to the last centimetre, sofas in just the right shape — and turn them into geometry that not only looks stunning on screen, but can also be built in the real world. Our tech stack is TypeScript, WebGL/Three.js, Node.js and Python. We’re obsessed with performance, precision, and making sure the magic of customization feels smooth and effortless.
Once you join our team, you will:
- Hunt down repetitive, soul‑draining tasks across Tylko and wipe them out with automation (BEAST).
- Team up with designers, frontend devs, and production engineers to run POCs and prototypes. (PRODIGI)
- Experiment with cutting-edge tech like Anvil, Unreal Engine and AI pipelines to push what’s possible. (PRODIGI)
- Bring in a bit of DevOps spirit — from containerisation to environment setup. (PRODIGI)
- Prototype and deploy your own intelligent agents to assist teams, streamline workflows, and learn from data.
- Build and review code that keeps our systems lean, fast, and unstoppable.
- See every feature as part of a bigger mission and complex projects that make the whole business stronger.
- Jump into architecture war‑room talks, helping drive our systems’ evolution and staying ahead of the game.
- Contribute to our AI strategy — from model selection to prompt engineering and evaluation.

You will be fairly remunerated (depending on your skills and experience) – 23.000 - 28.000 PLN for a B2B contract (other forms of employment are also possible).
Job requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Min. 5 years of full-time coding experience
- Solid, hands-on knowledge of Python and Django
- Curiosity about or experience with AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, FastAPI integrations).
- A knack for writing code that’s fast, clean, and built to last
- Comfortable testing with Pytest
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills - BEASTs together strong
- Fluent Polish and good command of English
- Working from our Warsaw office at least 3 days a week - because some things are just better in person.
We’ll be extra impressed if you have:
- Experience working with Vue.js and Quasar.
- Solid skills with Docker and Linux
- The ability to write clear, concise documentation that others will actually read.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
- Experience with performance optimization - because speed matters.
- A love for board games and dad jokes - officially “optional,” but unofficially essential for full BEAST status.
