We are looking for a Treasury Specialist to manage treasury operations within the company. This role combines technical tasks (executing payments, preparing registers) with organizational responsibilities such as opening accounts, managing compliance procedures, working with payment solutions, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the legal and finance teams to optimize processes and provide expert financial support.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute payments (manual and bulk through banking systems) and communicate with banks.
  • Investigate problematic transactions and coordinate refunds.
  • Verify transactions for different teams, issue and manage corporate cards.
  • Assign and track payment-related tasks in Jira.
  • Preparation of documents per bank request / Accounting outsourcing.
  • Cash flow planning for the entrusted company and timely notification regarding the need for account funding.

Requirements:

  • Experience in treasury operations, cash management, and financial risk mitigation.
  • Experience in manual payments and bulk payment imports across various banking platforms.
  • Familiarity with foreign exchange.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accountability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Experience with non-resident (offshore) company payments.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (MS Business Central) (will be a plus).
  • Professional Qualifications & Education - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
