If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in dynamic environments, and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders, this is the opportunity to make a real impact.
What I will be doing?
- Monthly Payroll Management: Consolidate payroll inputs from multiple sources (BambooHR, Monday, Insurance, etc.). Submit data to external providers, audit final reports, and coordinate with Treasury for funding and salary payments.
- Advanced Employee Service: Own the resolution of employee queries through the Jira ticketing system, Slack, and email. Act as the subject matter expert for inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies, ax logic, and labor rights, ensuring a high-quality and empathetic service experience.
- Financial Reporting & Liaison: Prepare consolidated reports for Accounting and FP&A, tracking variances and ensuring 100% accuracy in payroll impact.
- Global Labor Relations: Review and update labor documentation, including localized contract clauses, country-specific requirements, etc.
- Compliance & Audit: Manage social security and tax payments. Maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all countries to ensure process continuity and audit readiness.
- Country-Specific Operational Ownership: Manage the end-to-end execution of regional operational nuances, including statutory reporting to local authorities, the adaptation of contracts to meet localized labor statutes (e.g., probation limits and collective bargaining), and the oversight of regional fiscal adjustments such as tax regime shifts or statutory contributions.
- Employee Lifecycle & Offboarding: Partner with PBPs on disciplinary actions and PIPs. Manage the end-to-end offboarding process, including exit agreements and coordination with legal counsel for claims or lawsuits.

- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax compliance, labor laws, and statutory reporting
- Demonstrated ability to reconcile payroll data, audit provider outputs, and resolve discrepancies
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
