Responsibilities
- Drive fast execution of strategic technology initiatives aligned with CTO priorities
- Lead Agile delivery across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams
- Accelerate organization-wide AI adoption and innovation initiatives
- Own project execution end-to-end — unblock teams, manage dependencies, and deliver impact
- Align stakeholders and maintain strong execution rhythm in a fast-paced environment
- Help build a high-ownership, innovation-driven engineering culture
Requirements
Profile/background
6–10 years in technical project/program management or engineering roles
Strong technical foundation with hands-on understanding of software development
Experience in fast-moving tech, fintech, AI, or crypto environments preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution bias
Comfortable working with senior leadership and operating under pressure
Curious, adaptive, and passionate about emerging technologies and continuous learning
Skill set
Agile execution and delivery leadership
Understanding of AI adoption and modern technology stacks
Strong stakeholder communication and expectation management
Fast decision-making and problem-solving ability
Hands-on, resilient, and execution-oriented
