About Birdy Grey
We started in 2017 as a bridal company, operating in the apparel and fashion industry. We offer bridesmaid dresses, groomsmen suits, little white dresses, and personalized getting-ready outfits. Our bridesmaid dresses start at $89, and suits at $199. The dress collection comes in chiffon, satin, and velvet, with many colors for different wedding styles and seasons.
We provide free dress and suit swatches, easy returns and exchanges, and ready-to-ship styles. Our direct-to-consumer model allows us to connect with customers through email and SMS.
Behind the scenes, we manage data across our e-commerce and fulfillment systems (like Shopify, ERP, WMS, and 3PL). Our team uses data science and analytics to build models and improve our business operations. We also use AI tools to help create ads, including static, motion, and video.

Birdy Grey was co-founded by Grace (Chief Creative Officer) and Monica (Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer). It’s an AAPI female-founded brand with a predominantly female leadership team. We operate with a bi-coastal presence in Los Angeles and New York, with a remote/hybrid work model.
