We are looking for
At BizAway we’re shaping the foundations of Product Design and we’re looking for a D esigner who’s passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital products. You’ll work across the full design process: from discovery and research to prototyping and testing, all the way to polished, production-ready designs.
- 4–6 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer in digital environments (experience in Product companies is a strong plus).
- A portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process, we don’t care about the aesthetic but the way you take decisions and solve problems.
- Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with analytics and collaboration tools (we use Amplitude, Qlik, FigJam and Miro).
- A user-obsessed, data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent English (Italian is a plus, but not required).
Your role in BizAway
- Lead design discovery activities within your squad, working closely with Product Managers and developers.
- Collaborate with the other Product Designers ensuring consistency through the entire platform and journeys.
- Turn insights and requirements into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Test solutions with users and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative data.
- Guide the Research Strategy within your squad and manage with other designers the Research repository
- Contribute to the design system and its evolution.
- Organize and manage co-design sessions and workshops, helping to spread a strong design culture.
