Front-End Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Front-End Engineer, to join our growing team, and help us deliver high quality marketing campaigns for the Blockchain.com Wallet, Exchange, and adjacent products. Ultimately, you should be able to adapt easily to meet the needs of our fast growth and the rapidly evolving crypto ecosystem.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Build beautiful custom landing pages for the launch of new products, and marketing of our core product stack, working closely with our Head of Marketing, Design and Engineering teams, through to implementation to best support the needs of current and future customers, and serve our acquisition and monetisation goals.
• Help us maintain Blockchain.com Learning portal, with a focus on ease of use and interactiveness.
• Assist in coding-for-email, supporting our high revenue driving CRM Marketing program.
• Write well-tested, reliable code for use by millions of users who use our products.
• Get exposure to the latest technologies and developments in a technology and product driven company.
• Work on an industry-leading product with millions of users.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• The foremost quality for this position or any position at Blockchain.com is integrity.
• Strong experience working with HTML, CSS, React and NextJS.
• Ability to convert Figma designs to pixel-perfect responsive layouts.
• A solid understanding of TypeScript, styled-components, integration with headless CMS solutions, semantic HTML, web asset optimization and accessibility is desirable but not essential.
• You rely on others’ candid feedback for continuous improvement.
• You understand requirements beyond the written word and have a sharp eye.
• Experience using AI tools to improve your workflow is very nice to have.
• Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility. You will be working in a rapidly growing team that is required to provide true ²⁴⁄₇ coverage.
• Candidates must have access to an appropriate laptop with a camera or a webcam and a phone capable of running Google authenticator software
• Strong and reliable WiFi connection
• Candidates must be prepared to submit to further background / security checks if required
