The plant in Hatvan founded in 1998 and the largest production centre in the world for the Bosch Group’s automotive electronics division. The company’s main profile is the series production of control electronics, sensors, radars and camera systems for the future products of the Group’s Mobility Solutions business. The strategic objective of Hatvan is to play an active role in the future of automated, accident-free and environmentally friendly motoring by continuously developing its employees’ expertise, high-tech manufacturing solutions.

Your future tasks:
Develop and ensure expertise in screw tightening technology. Keep process documentation (training materials, guidelines, KFV/DMD) up to date at all times. Optimize processes, define and qualify new process cores/machines. Collaborate closely with development teams, MAE suppliers, and component manufacturers.
Support the strategic development of the CoC Technology Roadmap for the specific domain and contribute to the development of related processes across the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) organization.
Lead international technology development projects to achieve manufacturing excellence. Test, specify, and implement processes into pilot machines, considering Industry 4.0 requirements.
Coordinate knowledge sharing across the ME organization. Actively participate in the Screw Tightening Competence Network (CN) to support standardization, cost reduction, and third-level support. Develop training concepts and train new process experts.
Perform problem-solving activities in plants using the 8D methodology and share lessons learned with other ME locations to prevent recurrence of similar issues.
Lead technical supplier benchmarking (BWB), ensuring cost efficiency and technical maturity. Coordinate the rollout of selected solutions across the ME organization.
Implement proven process solutions across ME, optimize process cycles across multiple sites. Ensure strategic oversight and provide technical guidance to manufacturing locations.
Képzettség
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
- Excellent knowledge of screw tightening processes, with strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
- Independent, goal-oriented work approach with the ability to achieve project milestones
- Willingness to travel internationally (20–30% annually)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with intercultural awareness
- Basic knowledge of project and requirements management
- Ability to transfer technical knowledge and conduct trainings
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
- Confident computer skills (MS Office), knowledge of problem-solving and statistical methods (e.g. 8D, 6 Sigma)
Advantages:
