The Role: Digital Designer
We’re looking for a strong, consistent, execution-focused mid-weight designer who loves solving problems visually. You’ll work across campaigns, social, digital content, and product marketing to create clean, on-brand assets that make Clickatell stand out, and understand how to use AI to make your own workflow more efficient.
Your focus: high-quality, high-velocity digital design.
This is not a UX researcher role, not a creative director role, and not a full-time video/motion position. You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, and product marketing to translate ideas into beautiful, usable visuals across our channels.
What You’ll Do
Campaign & Marketing Assets
Design digital assets for paid and organic social, outbound, and inbound marketing.
Create visuals for landing pages, banners, email headers, and digital advertising.
Support product marketing campaigns with clean, polished graphic design.
Refresh and adapt brand templates for recurring marketing needs.
Explore and understand AI tools, services and capabilities in your role.
Brand & Visual Storytelling
Bring Clickatell’s brand to life through strong layouts, typography, and visual consistency.
Translate creative briefs into effective, polished digital concepts.
Contribute to continuous brand evolution across channels.
Light Motion & Video (Bonus, Not Core)
- Produce simple animations, GIFs, reels, or motion elements.
(Full video editing or long-form motion is not core to this role.)
Design for Presentations & Internal Projects
Create visually compelling slides for events, webinars, and executive presentations.
Support internal teams with occasional graphic needs (e.g., infographics, diagrams).
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to deliver assets on time.
Give and receive constructive creative feedback.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
What You Bring
Experience
3–5 years working as a digital, graphic, or marketing designer.
Strong portfolio showing digital-first design across social, campaigns, and web.
Experience designing for B2B or tech/SaaS brands is a plus (not required).
Core Skills
Excellent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to interpret briefs and turn them into clean, modern design.
Skilled at designing for digital channels (email, social, web, paid media).
Strong production skills and understanding of best practices for exporting, compressing, and delivering assets.
Comfortable working with brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
Understanding how to use AI to make yourself more efficient in your job.

Figma (for layout, prototyping, and collaboration)
After Effects (basic animation a plus, not essential)
Working Style
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of craft.
Quick, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines.

Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
Nice to Have (Preferable)
Basic motion graphics (GIFs, micro-animations, reels)
Experience with Lottie or simple animated assets
Understanding of performance marketing (creative effectiveness)
Experience designing eBooks, one-pagers, or digital reports
Presentation design (PowerPoint)
