The Opportunity

OES is on the lookout for a Senior Digital Designer to help shape the future of our in-house creative capability. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming our creative output across paid and organic channels. From Meta to TikTok, YouTube to LinkedIn, you’ll craft platform-fit assets that drive impact across the entire marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll:

  • Lead the creation of high-performing digital assets (static, motion, UGC-style, short-form video)
  • Translate campaign briefs into compelling creative executions
  • Mentor junior designers and elevate our design standards
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Performance Media, Learning Design, and Content teams
  • Contribute to creative testing, optimisation, innovation, and the student experience

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital design, ideally in performance marketing or agency settings
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
  • Strong motion design and video editing skills
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel creative strategy
  • A collaborative mindset and mentoring experience
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
