We’re looking for senior medical writing content leads. You’ll pair deep therapeutic expertise with instructional design instincts, guiding structure, slides, and narrative flow while collaborating with internal Creative, Editorial, and PM teams. • Develop slides & narratives that clarify complex oncology/hematology data for HCP audiences.
  • Advise on visualization choices (e.g., table → bar/forest plot) to improve comprehension and reduce permissions costs.
  • Engage faculty/SMEs: facilitate conversations, ask the right questions, and ensure scientific depth with instructional clarity.
  • Negotiate scope & structure with clients to balance rigor and engagement under tight timelines.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with creative teams, editors, and PMs to deliver on brief and on time.
  • Operate at a high level in a fast-pace environment: juggle multiple projects, execute quick turns, and maintain high standards.
  • Maintain clean documentation with references, citations, and compliance-ready files.

  • Proven track record as a content lead on clinician education programs with faculty interaction.
  • Deep therapeutic knowledge in oncology (NSCLC, gastric, pancreas) and/or malignant hematology (CLL, leukemia, lymphocytic lymphoma).
  • Ability to condense data-heavy decks into concise, visually clear slides with speaker notes.
  • Skilled in literature review, referencing, and compliance considerations.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills; proactive in asking questions and flagging gaps.
  • Demonstrated comfort working in extremely fast-paced, high-volume environments.

  • Prior congress/symposium highlights experience.
  • Familiarity with Workfront or similar PM platforms (training available).
  • Exposure to rare disease writing.
