Position Summary: CoreSphere is seeking a Salesforce Developer to be an integral member of the team. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter that can perform well independently, interact with clients professionally, and collaborate with diverse internal and external teams. The candidate will be responsible for the application design, development, and support of Salesforce related projects. The candidate must demonstrate progressive experience in the full life cycle of the software development environment. We are looking to hire someone who has strong communication, analytical, and time management skills. This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Salesforce Public Sector (PSS) foundation (Formerly Vlocity) configuration and/or customization to build and deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Strong foundation in the underlying Salesforce Public Sector (PSS) data model and keeping with a ‘Salesforce Public Sector First’ approach in mind.
  • Create workflows of varying complexity leveraging the Salesforce Public Sector (Vlocity) data model & OmniStudio Components i.e. OmniScript, FelxCard. Data Mapper, Intgration Procedure, Business Rules Engine etc.
  • Understanding of the Standard Components/Templates/Objects available with PSS/Omni Studio and use them to meet business requirements and minimize the use of custom components
  • Develops custom applications and performs testing using Salesforce Apex and Lightning Components.
  • Writes, tests, analyzes and implements high-quality code according to specifications.
  • Follows Salesforce best practices and guidelines in implementing solutions, without creating technical debt and maintaining security in the application.
  • Builds client trust and respect, establishes client relationships, and develops a rapport with clients.
  • Research stays up to date with Salesforce technologies and communicates trends and future needs from a business perspective.
  • Strong proven experience at using Salesforce declarative tools – Lightning Flows, Converting Process Builders, Workflows/rules to Flows, Validation rules, Approval processes, Case Management, formula fields, email services APIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Information Systems, Finance, Business Management, or related STEM field.
  • 5+ years of custom Salesforce Development (Apex/VF/Aura/LWC)
  • 5+ Years of Vlocity/PSS development including - OmniStudio, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Integrating w/FlexCards, Decision Matrices/ Business Rules, Dynamic Picklists, targeted data fixes, metadata overwriting.
  • Hands-on Lightning design experience for custom app development.
  • Good understanding of client-side Java Script framework.
  • Must have demonstrable development experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Proven experience with code management and best practice custom development.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform and be able to interact with business users to understand requirements to translate them into design specifications.
  • Strong implementation and customization experience with Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing.
  • Strong analysis and troubleshooting ability, as well as attention to detail.
  • Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce OmniStudio Certification, Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional, Salesforce Admin I and Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum Team scenarios.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Sales & Service Cloud with Custom Digital Experiences (plus templates) preferred.
  • Salesforce administration, release management, and deployment expertise.
  • Knowledge and experience with integrating third-party AppExchange applications.
  • Certified Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Application Architect.

Security Clearance: Must be authorized to work in the USA and able to pass a Public Trust background investigation; Must have 5+ years of employment history in the United States.
