What’s your Mission?
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Agilent. You’ll be responsible for:
Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand service contracts and maintenance/repair services.
Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively.
Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions.
Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including customer care, engineering, and field service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Your Experience, Our Future
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish & English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Sales Acumen: Proven sales experience, including a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Customer Focus: Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to find innovative solutions.
Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.

Your Benefits Package
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 39 hours per week
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Salary: 27,500€ per year
Performance Bonus: Upto 11,000€ per year (split across 4 months)
Holidays: 24 holidays per year
Work Model: Hybrid
Training: 2 weeks training + 2 weeks continuous on the job training
Office Location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
