Role
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role at the intersection of product, growth, and cybersecurity.
You will work closely with the Data, Product, and Sales teams to transform data into insights that drive product decisions, improve user experience, and support business growth.
Your work will directly impact:
how we build new features
how users adopt and use the product
how we leverage our data to generate business opportunities
Your responsibilities:
Cyber Data Analysis
Analyze Cyber Threat Intelligence data to extract meaningful insights
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large-scale security data
Produce regular data-driven content (reports, blog posts, insights) to showcase the value of CrowdSec data
User Data & Product Insights
Analyze product usage to understand how users interact with CrowdSec
Identify friction points in the user journey
Provide actionable insights to improve feature adoption and overall user experience
Contribute to shaping future product features based on data
KPIs, Retention & Churn
Define and monitor key product and business KPIs
Analyze network growth, user retention and churn patterns
Help the team understand what drives engagement and long-term usage
Data for Growth (Sales & Marketing)
Leverage data to generate qualified leads and insights for Sales and Marketing
Identify high-potential accounts or segments based on usage or behavior
Support go-to-market strategies with data-driven insights
Requirements
Must-have
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
Experience with data analysis tools (Python, SQL, data visualization tools)
Ability to structure problems and turn data into actionable insights
Good understanding of product analytics and/or user behavior
Professional English
Nice to have
Interest in cybersecurity or threat intelligence
Experience working with product teams
Experience with large datasets / event-based data
Experience producing data-driven content (reports, blog posts, etc.)
Soft Skills
Curious and proactive
Strong business understanding (not just technical)
Able to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams

Fully remote environment with regular team offsites. Candidates must be based within a time zone that is no more than 4 hours difference from CEST (Central European Summer Time)
