About Us
At Daltix, our mission is to become the go-to authority for delivering the most accessible and curated data on every mass consumer retail product. We are passionate about the quality of our data and excel at making it impactful for our customers. With a solid customer base that includes industry giants such as Colruyt Group, GfK, and Danone, we are committed to driving success in the retail space.
Daltix empowers leading FMCG retailers to make smarter decisions driven by data, not intuition. Every day, we collect, standardize, and visualize data tailored to our clients’ needs, eliminating their data challenges. Our tools help them measure the influence of regional competition, pricing, promotions, products, and assortments in a constantly evolving market.
To maintain our high standards and deliver on our promises, we are looking for a hands-on Product Delivery Manager who will actively contribute to scaling our offering and ensuring our key clients are successfully onboarded.
The Role: Product Delivery Manage
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on getting things done. You will take charge of the operational rollout of our flagship product, the A3 Tool (Automated Assortment Analysis). Designed to disrupt how retailers approach category management, this tool requires precise configuration and human oversight to deliver value. As we scale, you will be the engine that ensures successful customer adoption. Your organizational skills and customer-first mindset will be essential in delivering this success.
Who Are We Looking For
We need someone who is equally comfortable working with complex workflows and communicating directly with clients. This role is ideal for::
Delivery Managers: You are experienced in taking a product from ‘sold’ to ‘live’. You know how to manage expectations, timelines, and the nitty-gritty details of implementation.
Customer Success Managers / Project Coordinators: You understand that a signed contract is just the beginning. You know how to guide a client through a complex setup process without overwhelming them.
Junior Product Owners: You prefer the “delivery” side of product—getting the tool into users’ hands—rather than writing user stories for developers all day.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will execute the implementation of at least 25 different product categories for our key customers by 2026, as well as maintaining and updating existing ones and helping with rollout of the “Lite” version of the tool to new geographies. Your responsibilities include:
Client Engagement: Interaction with customer stakeholders (Category Managers) to capture their needs and define the precise scope of new categories.
Workflow Management: Managing the “Human-in-the-Loop” process; you will structure tasks for manual annotators, prioritize their workload, and ensure the data meets our quality standards.
Execution: Configuring internal tools to populate categories, clean data, and ensure the system is running smoothly for the client.
AI Utilization: Writing & evaluating ChatGPT prompts to (semi) automate parts of the configuration process.
Global Expansion: Supporting the setup and rollout of our “Lite” product version across new geographies (DACH, Nordics, CEE).
Feedback: Identifying process bottlenecks and reporting them to the engineering team to improve the setup speed.
You’ll play an important role in the scaling stages of the A3 Tool’s evolution. While this is very much a hands-on role now, it offers a pathway to increased automation and strategic growth as the product matures. This is a chance to grow your career at the intersection of Product Operations, Customer Success, and AI-driven delivery.
Support and Onboarding: You’re Not Alone!
You won’t be stepping into this role alone. We provide a comprehensive onboarding program, including technical training on the A3 Tool, the category implementation, and mentorship on product strategy and customer engagement. You’ll work closely with:
The Head of Product, for product strategy and customer insights.
The Lead Machine Learning Engineer, for technical support and guidance.
Head of Product Delivery for tapping into their experience for planning and integrating product categories.
