Our products, including video intercoms, package rooms, keypads, smart lock integrations, vehicle readers, and security cameras, are used in over 20,000 multifamily, commercial, student housing, and gated properties by over 1 million users.

We help clients reduce costs, increase net operating income (NOI), and offer a modern experience for staff, residents, and visitors. Our platform integrates with other property technology solutions to automate processes like move-ins, move-outs, self-guided tours, and package management.

We specialize in smartphone security, property management software, video intercoms, and general access control solutions for multi-family and commercial real estate.

Our team of over 300 engineers, designers, customer success managers, salespeople, and marketers works mostly remotely. We have four offices, including our global headquarters in New York City and European headquarters in Croatia.
