About Delivery Associates (DA): Delivery Associates (DA) is a global social impact consultancy specializing in transforming the public sector. DA partners with governments, philanthropies, and international organizations, employing actionable strategies to achieve sustainable, lasting outcomes. In every one of our services you will find a throughline back to this focus on helping our partners to deliver better results through better implementation. Key Responsibilities:

  4. Draft and tailor client-facing materials, including follow ups, DA introductions and concept notes, in collaboration with senior leaders and technical teams
  5. Coordinate across internal teams to bring together the right mix of expertise and experience for each opportunity
  6. Support follow-through on high-priority pipeline opportunities by tracking actions, supporting internal alignment, and managing timelines
  7. Maintain and improve the use of DA’s CRM, including data accuracy, insight generation, reporting, and supporting adoption across the team
  8. Contribute to the improvement of business development systems and tools, including automation, bot upgrades, and process design
