We were founded in 2005 in Macherio, Italy, and develop an AI learning platform for enterprise learning and skills development. We went public on the Toronto Stock Exchange in October 2019 and on NASDAQ in December 2020 (TSX and NASDAQ: DCBO).

Our AI-powered platform trains employees, customers, and partners. It includes content creation, personalized learning paths, skills intelligence (including 365Talents), virtual coaching, and business impact reporting. Our platform combines elements of an LMS, LXP, authoring tool, content management, virtual classroom, performance support, and analytics. It integrates with common business tools like SSO, HRIS, CRM, and collaboration tools.

We meet security standards including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance. Over 3,900 organizations use us for employee onboarding, talent development, compliance training, sales enablement, customer education, and partner enablement. We have offices in Canada (Toronto, Ottawa), the US (Athens, Atlanta), Italy (Biassono, Milan), the UK (London), France (Paris), Germany (Munich, Berlin), Dubai, and Australia (St Kilda).
