ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Project Manager in Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil).
ABOUT PROJECT
Our client is a US-based company specializing in stage lighting equipment rental and technical lighting services for theaters, concerts, television, and corporate events. The company provides full-cycle lighting solutions - from equipment setup to on-site technical support - serving some of the leading entertainment venues and production teams across the United States.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (ERP or enterprise-level projects preferred)
- Experience in client-facing delivery and cross-functional coordination
- Understanding of product lifecycle at the support/maintenance stage
- Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Solid hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks, including hybrid setups
- Technical awareness of .NET Core, Azure ServiceBus, AKS, Helm, EF Core
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced level of English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the delivery of an ERP product at both support and active development stages
- Plan quarterly releases, organize demos, and track delivery progress
- Balance feature development with product maintenance and client requests
- Communicate directly with the client and internal stakeholders to align goals and expectations
- Coordinate cross-functional teamwork
- Lead technical discussions and support solution planning
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure transparency across the team
