About the Role
Our Wholesale Platform is at a very early but highly ambitious stage, and we’re looking for a Wholesale Business Development Manager to help us scale it aggressively. The core mission of this role is simple but bold: bring buyers and sellers onto the platform and drive meaningful GMV growth.This hire will directly impact one of our key company goals.

Responsibilities
- Bringing buyers to the wholesale platformBringing sellers onto the platform and activating them
- Driving increased volume and engagement from existing players
- Building and leveraging strong relationships across the gaming & digital goods ecosystem
- Acting with ownership to identify gaps, opportunities, and growth levers
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the gaming, digital goods, and/or digital gift card ecosystem
- Proven familiarity with buyers, sellers, distributors, aggregators, and other key market players
- Existing market awareness of pricing structures, margins, volume dynamics, and common commercial models
- Ability to speak the “language” of wholesale partners and immediately establish credibility
- Hands-on experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within wholesale, marketplaces, or B2B platforms
- Proven track record of bringing new buyers and/or sellers into a platform, marketplace, or ecosystem
- Confidence managing the full BD cycle: outreach, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and activation
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-evolving environment with limited structure
- Ability to take full responsibility for results, from idea to execution
- Self-driven and accountable, with a clear focus on outcomes (GMV, active partners, volume growth)
- Naturally proactive in identifying opportunities, gaps, and growth levers
- Willing to test, iterate, and improve approaches quickly
- Able to prioritize effectively and move fast without compromising quality
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with external partners
- Comfortable engaging with both strategic partners and high-volume operational contacts
Nice to Have
- Existing network within the gaming or digital gift card wholesale space
- Experience working with marketplaces or platform-based business models
- Background in scaling early-stage or newly launched products
- Strong cultural fit with a hands-on, growth-driven, and collaborative environment
