We get involved, we like to know our people, and we want every Enrouter to become part of a great community of highly driven, responsible, respectful, and above all, happy people.
At Enroute, we are looking for a Senior Data & Systems Analyst (AWS) with a strong hybrid background in Data Engineering, Systems Analysis, and client advisory work. This role requires a professional who can design and build data pipelines, understand system integrations end to end, and act as a trusted technical advisor for the client. You will work independently, ask the right questions, and translate business needs into scalable AWS-based data solutions.
This is not a traditional Systems Analyst role — hands-on AWS experience and pipeline development are mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain ETL/data pipelines on AWS.
- Work hands-on with AWS Glue, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
- Understand business and system requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Act as a technical advisor to the client, explaining options, trade-offs, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify ambiguous requirements and drive decisions.
- Analyze data flows, integrations, and system interactions end to end.
- Use SQL to validate data, analyze results, and support pipeline logic.
- Troubleshoot data and integration issues across systems and AWS services.
- Document data flows, transformations, business rules, and integration logic.
- Work independently with minimal guidance, owning deliverables from analysis through implementation.
- Participate actively in meetings, contributing ideas and recommendations.
