Our data-driven engine allocates, flexes, and optimizes resources to match consumer demand and health system business objectives.Our platform manages digital care delivery logistics, from discovery and search to scheduling. It helps healthcare systems forecast and predict demand, manage how care is offered to patients, simplify complex data, address workforce constraints, and coordinate scheduling to optimize capacity and operational costs. In 2022, we acquired Womp to integrate e-commerce principles into healthcare access.Our clients include health systems such as Kaiser Permanente, Houston Methodist, Mass General Brigham, SSM Health, and MUSC. Clients have reported attracting 30% more new patients (85% commercially insured), capturing 8x downstream revenue, generating over 20% cost savings per patient encounter, and delivering net promoter satisfaction greater than 90%.
