Join us and start as a Content Specialist in the Content team within our Customer Services department!
Position Summary

To make this experience just as engaging online as it is in real life, we’re looking for a Content Specialist who can craft compelling content for our travelers. This position is part of the Content team within our Customer Services department, where we manage customer-facing digital communication channels and branding. By streamlining processes across our websites, app, and digital campaigns, we focus on driving growth and creating impactful local content experiences.
The ideal candidate has a passion for words and a keen eye for improving the digital user experience.
This role is based in our Athens office.
Responsibilities
Craft engaging, accessible, and on-brand copy for a multi-brand business across a variety of diverse channels, including CRM, websites, blogs, and digital marketing campaigns that resonates with our target audience.
Ensure all content is clear, high-quality, and error-free, even under tight deadlines or in fast-changing situations
Work closely with eCommerce, UI/UX, and other stakeholders to deliver unified customer experiences that strengthen engagement and drive conversions
Collaborate closely with designers, stakeholders, and fellow content specialists to create a seamless user journey
Elevate the UX and UI through compelling marketing copy
Partner with LSPs and freelancers to deliver high-quality multilingual content, adapting messaging for different markets and cultures while maintaining a consistent brand voice
Manage content across CMS platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely updates across all digital touchpoints
As our priorities evolve, you may be involved in additional tasks that contribute to our shared goals.
Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
At least 2 years of experience as a Copywriter/ UX Writer
A solid grasp of UX principles and marketing-oriented content writing
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, take initiative, and maintain high attention to detail
Knowledge of content management across different platforms and channels (email, chat, social media, internal communication)
A data-driven mindset with strong project management skills
Understanding of the product development process, from problem-solving through to detailed interaction and visual design
Additional languages are a strong plus
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the e-commerce industry within CRM or digital marketing teams
- Familiarity with content management systems, email templates, and combining text with visuals
- SEO and e-commerce writing experience (product description texts, digital campaigns)
