Job description
This is a remote work position.
Key Accountabilities:
- Efficient operation of the Customer Success organization and its processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily campaign performance. Make recommendations. Adjust bids, budgets, and strategies to meet performance objectives as directed.
- Monitor reports that trigger automations. Clean reports as necessary.
- Other tasks as assigned: completing disputes, recharging, etc.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or degrees that require strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on internal team interactions.
