For our Lugano office, we are seeking talented and experienced Senior Engineers with strong hands-on expertise with . NET/C# and Microservices to join our team and contribute to exciting and impactful international projects in the Banking/Financial Services sector.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deeply understand business requirements and proactively propose innovative solutions to help clients achieve their goals effectively
• Develop high-quality software by applying best practices such as TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles to ensure maintainability and excellence
• Drive quality delivery with a strong emphasis on CI/CD pipelines and seamless deployment processes
• Ensure top-notch performance, reliability, and scalability of the solutions you build

Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in computer science or engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, as well as proficiency with tools like RabbitMQ
• Practical experience in Angular is a strong advantage
• Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or DB2, along with solid SQL skills
• Familiarity with log monitoring tools like Kibana, Elasticsearch, Grafana, and Prometheus for system observability and troubleshooting
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jira, Git, and SonarQube
• Strong focus on applying Secure Development Best Practices to ensure code security
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is highly beneficial
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Italian and English is mandatory

Location Requirement

• We do not offer a fully remote work policy
• Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland) or Italian Border Towns (such as Como, Varese etc.)
• Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client’s policy
