We’re looking for a curious, driven and commercially-minded Junior Sales Development Manager to join our growing Business Development team. You’ll be at the front line of Flying Bisons’ growth – identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, and opening doors with enterprise and government clients across Europe and MENA.

This isn’t a typical SDR role. We work on complex, high-value engagements in digital transformation and strategic design – so we’re looking for someone who can hold an intelligent conversation, do their homework, and use AI tools to work smarter, not just harder.

πŸ›  What you’ll do

  • Research and identify new business opportunities across target markets (Europe, MENA, KSA)

  • Qualify inbound leads and run outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and other channels

  • Leverage AI toolsΒ  to personalise outreach, accelerate research, and improve pipeline quality

  • Support the BD team in preparing proposals, capability decks, and tender responses

  • Coordinate intro calls and discovery meetings, preparing briefs and follow-up materials

  • TrackΒ industry trends, and client news to inform outreach strategies

  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Marketing to align messaging and campaigns

  • Contribute ideas on how to use AI to improve BD workflows and processes

🧠 What you’ll need

  • Polish and English fluency (spoken and written) – must-have

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a client-facing role (agency, SaaS, or professional services preferred)

  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and the confidence to experiment with and implement them in daily work

  • Strong written communication skills – able to craft compelling, personalised outreach that doesn’t sound like a template

  • Research-oriented mindset – you enjoy digging into a company or industry before picking up the phone

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments – you adapt quickly and don’t need everything spelled out

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion)

  • Organised and reliable – you track your own pipeline, follow up on time, and close loops without being chased

  • Bonus: experience in or curiosity about digital product design, UX, or technology consulting
