We are now looking for FullStack developer (full-time, remote) to join our team.
About the Project
The company is developing an advanced AI-driven platform designed to automate key marketing workflows. The product combines structured data, content generation, campaign execution, and analytics into a single intelligent system that supports teams in their daily operations. The environment is fast-paced and has a strong focus on real user needs. The team values curiosity, ownership, collaboration and an open mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Build new product features across frontend and backend
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
- Ship quickly and iterate based on customer feedback
- Review PRs and maintain engineering quality
- Work closely with founders, customers, and engineers
- Participate in forming the engineering culture as the team grows
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a FullStack developer
Experience in building SaaS web applications is a must
Strong experience in Python with FastAPI, TypeScript and React
Experience with cloud environments
Strong product intuition and problem solving skills
Upper-intermediate level of English
Nice-to-have skills
Experience with AI-driven systems
Familiarity with digital marketing or content workflows
Experience scaling production systems
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
