Job Description
We’re strengthening the Alliances & Partnerships team to ensure continuity and growth across our partner ecosystem.
In this role, you build and expand strategic partnerships across the Financial Services Technology landscape. You take ownership of a defined partner portfolio and directly contribute to revenue growth through structured partner execution.
This is a hybrid position combining market development, strategic relationship management, and revenue enablement. Strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset is a must in this role.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with our overall go-to-market and sales strategy
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key partner stakeholders
- Own partner onboarding, enablement, and knowledge transfer
- Design and execute scalable partner programs (training, marketing initiatives, etc.)
- Track and report partner performance using defined KPIs (pipeline, revenue, engagement)
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners for alignment and proactive issues resolution
- Foster close collaboration between partners and internal teams (Sales, Solution Engineers, Product, Marketing)
Qualifications
- Hold a Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Bring 2–5 years of experience in partnership management or business development.
- Demonstrate strong interest/knowhow in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, or Financial Services Technology.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in building and scaling strategic partnerships.
- Facility with strategic thinking and analytical and financial/business modeling
- Excel in executive relationship-building and influencing stakeholders
- Developed written and oral communication skills, presentation skills in English; German and French/Italian are strong advantages
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally

Experience working with system integrators, value added resellers, core banking/e-banking vendors, or cybersecurity consultancies.
Experience in a scale-up or high-growth B2B SaaS environment
