Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a core product domain end-to-end within Futurae’s next-generation trust infrastructure platform for digital interactions.
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the entire lifecycle—from identifying customer problems to shipping high-impact solutions. You are an evidence-driven decision-maker who values outcome over output. Leading discovery and roadmap management, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering and design to ensure everything we ship genuinely matters to our users.
More specifically, you get the opportunity to build and scale a product that evaluates trust across devices, users, sessions, and requests in high-assurance online interactions, helping prevent account takeover, session hijacking, and similar attacks.
- Product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end — from problem definition through to launch
- Strong discovery skills — comfortable running customer interviews, synthesising qualitative and quantitative data, and making build/don’t-build calls with evidence
- Clear written and verbal communication — you can write a spec that engineers actually use and explain a roadmap decision to a sceptical stakeholder
- Genuine attention to delivery quality — you care about whether what ships works as intended
- Strong technical background (e.g. Software Engineer, Solution Engineer, Architect) and ability to have conversations with Engineering on the level of SDKs and APIs.
- Fluent in English
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in cybersecurity, identity, or authentication
- Familiarity with Futurae’s market — financial institutions, regulated environments
- Experience working in a remote-first team across multiple time zones
- German, French or Italian language skills
Responsibilities
Own the Trust Signals product, that customers actively use to assess trust in online interactions (e.g. detecting anomalous behavior, suspicious devices, or compromised sessions).
Extend our existing Trust Signals product by building additional APIs for device and behavioral data to help customers detect and prevent digital fraud.
Drive a clear, prioritized roadmap and partner with engineering to ship high-quality increments.
Work closely with engineers on both what and how
Partner with Sales and Marketing
Work with other PMs to ensure each product delivers standalone value and fits into a unified trust infrastructure platform
