YOUR MISSION

As the Corporate Affairs Specialist you will design and implement strategic communication initiatives, manage media and stakeholder engagement, and ensure clear, consistent corporate messaging across all channels in support of organizational objectives.

THE JOURNEY

  • Develop and execute the communication strategy, managing both corporate and consumer PR to safeguard and enhance the company’s reputation;
  • Manage media relations, including managing work of PR agency, writing press releases, preparing talking points, and securing positive coverage in media;
  • Create and edit high-quality corporate content for various channels, including LinkedIn, executive communications, and reports;
  • Support crisis and issues management, preparing communication plans and responses to protect the brand’s image;
  • Support projects with external Partners in the field of Corporate Affairs and Public Affairs (conferences, reports etc.);
  • Cooperate with other teams, including social media, marketing & growth, commercial;
  • Analyze key performance indicators and budget to make sure that projects are managed in the effective and successful way;

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Approx. 3 years of proven professional experience in Public Relations and/or Public Affairs, working for a PR agency or in the PR department of a global brand, ideally a tech start-up;
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies;
  • Ability to think strategically and deliver clear, consistent messaging across multiple platforms;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on corporate tone of voice and narrative development;
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills, and strong ability to multitask;
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
