YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Billing Assistant and/or finance administration professional to join our newly created Order to Cash Team within the Global Finance Operations Department in our HQ.

THE JOURNEY

  • Handle customer invoicing and payment inquiries within agreed SLA’s
  • Maintain excellent communication (oral & written) with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal departments to conduct research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies
  • Issue credit and debit notes to solve discrepancies
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances, including payment application and follow-up on overdue invoices.
  • Manage reconciliations and month-end closing
  • Follow standard operating procedures and propose basic enhancements to reduce the number of incidents
  • Ensure all incoming inquiries are clearly documented in a timely manner
  • Train new team members when applicable
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
  • Support Billing Specialists when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring To The Ride

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in billing
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting
  • Highly organized and able to multi task in a fast-paced environment
  • Service-oriented attitude
  • Adaptability, Patience and Responsiveness
  • Attention to detail with a quality focus
  • Ability to develop in a multicultural environment; a true team player
  • Analytical, hands-on, and problem-solving skills
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
  • Finance administration knowledge is a plus
  • Office Suite expertise ( Excel)
  • Excellent English communication skills required; additional languages, particularly Portuguese, are an advantage
