YOUR MISSION

Join us as the Total Rewards Lead at Glovo, where you will spearhead the strategy and execution of our Global Total Rewards Framework. This senior role is critical in supporting our dynamic and fast-paced environment across 23 markets and a diverse employee base of over 3,000. You will lead the design and management of innovative compensation structures, benefits packages, long-term incentive plans, and job-leveling frameworks to drive business results and nurture a high-performance culture.

THE JOURNEY

  • Participate in the strategic planning and execution of the company’s global compensation and benefits agenda, including budgeting, salary reviews, and communication strategies.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to conduct competitive salary analysis, market pricing, and pay equity reviews using external benchmark data.
  • Oversee and enhance salary and benefits survey participation, analysis, and reporting, ensuring strategic alignment with global market trends.
  • Design and update salary bands for existing markets and develop compensation structures for new markets and business units.
  • Strategically manage and innovate the company’s bonus schemes for eligible roles, aligning incentives with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Empower People Partners and Glovo leaders by developing and providing essential training materials, tools, and policy guidelines.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards, with a significant portion of that experience in a global or multinational context.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing complex rewards processes, with a track record of strategic program execution across multiple countries.
  • Experience workingΒ  with global consulting firms such as Willis Towers Watson,Mercer,Β  Korn Ferry, or AON, including data submission for salary surveys and benefits analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, capable of manipulating and interpreting complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear messaging and develop training materials for diverse audiences.
  • A robust understanding of global market trends in compensation and the ability to adapt strategies to meet changing business and regulatory environments.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and change, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
