Our core offerings include Zinnia Launch, which helps with product design, deployment, and distribution for policy servicing. Zinnia Market Connect is a digital distribution hub, including education, product matching, digital order entry, and servicing. Zinnia Now provides modern digital tools to enhance or convert legacy systems, improving customer experience. These offerings can operate independently or together.

Our architecture is modular and cloud-native, designed for integration with existing systems. We specialize in Life Insurance and Annuity Administration, Agent Licensing & Commissions, Digital Operations, Digital Transformation, and Life Insurance Software. We operate in the software development industry and were founded in 2005.

We support over 70 carriers and more than 225,000 active agents and advisors. We have a history of continuous innovation, with strategic integrations and acquisitions like SE2 (2005) for scalable TPA and policy administration, UV Cloud (2020) for fund management and pricing capabilities, Breathe Life (2022) for hybrid advisor-led and direct-to-consumer distribution, LPS Group (2023) for illustration and proposal tools, Policygenius (2023) for consumer marketplace functionality, and Ebix L&A (2024) for CRM, order entry, and cross-product illustration.

Through its Transformation Office, Zinnia is engaged in a multi-year program to simplify its operating model, accelerate technology adoption, and align with strategic goals. This involves driving enterprise-wide change across product, technology, operations, delivery, and sales. While some roles offer remote work, Zinnia also has a division, L&A Exchange, based in Atlanta.
