Enterprise Technology is undergoing a significant transformation to modernise ways of working, shift to cloud and micro-service-based architectures, drive automation, digitise colleague and client experiences and deliver insight from WPP’s petabytes of data.
As Application Support Analyst you will carry out the effective and efficient everyday operations of the Applications Support team for WPP ANZ. A trusted pair of hands to deal with systems’ issues as they present working closely with not only the direct team but the wider Enterprise Technology team.
What you’ll be doing:
Monitor and respond to Application support queries
Provide basic ERP application support (phone/email)
Assist with compliance checks and documentation
Assist reviewing audit logs
Update and maintain Masterdata
Escalate application issues to the necessary team to help troubleshoot
Support basic data extraction and reporting requirements across the team
Escalation of queries to senior support staff or third-party software supplier
Quality Assurance and End to End Testing for Application upgrades
Ad-hoc Project support when required
What you’ll need:
Tertiary education in accounting/business
Experience in the advertising, marketing or media communications industry
Background in ERP systems
Strong communication skills
Technically minded
High levels of proficiency in Excel (eg. Macros, templates, Vlookups, conditional formatting)
Proven abilities tomulti task
