Why we’re hiring :
Our Data & Technology Solutions (DTS) team is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the next phase of social platform integration and cross‑platform planning capabilities within tactical and activation planning.
This role takes ownership of planning across social media platforms — spanning Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms — and is accountable for turning platform integrations into tangible planning outcomes for agencies and clients. You will define and deliver products that allow planners to plan holistically across social platforms and translate platform‑level signals into actionable planning recommendations You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, and global stakeholders, while acting as a primary product contact with external platform partners.

WPP’s Data & Technology Solutions is the WPP’s unified global data products and technology team. We work with our agencies and clients to build data data-driven solutions and technology products to power marketing transformation.
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the VP, Product Management, your responsibilities will include:
Product Strategy & Vision
Own thesocialmediaintegrations and cross‑social planning roadmapwithintactical planning
Define a clear product vision that connectsplatformintegrations→ planning intelligence → user outcomes
Prioritise capabilities that move beyond data access todecision‑grade planning outputs
Planning Capabilities
Lead integrations withsocial and video platforms (e.g.Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon)
Partner with platform product and partnership teams to influence roadmaps, accesstobetaprogrammes, and unlock new capabilities
Champion an AI‑first approach to product design, ensuring AI is embedded at the core of planning, forecasting, and decision‑making workflows
Partner closely with data science and engineering teams to turn models, embeddings, and signals into trusted, usable planner experiences
Product Delivery & Leadership
Innovate how products are built byleveragingAI across theproduct development lifecycle, including:
Problem discovery and insight generation
Rapid prototyping and experimentation
Personalisation of user experiences and outputs
Champion agile, outcome‑driven deliveryfavouringadoption and impact
Stakeholder & Commercial Alignment
Partner with agency leadership, activation teams, and clients to ensure products solve real planning problems
Support go‑to‑market, enablement, and adoption strategies across regions
Contribute to commercial thinking, including packaging, positioning, and future monetisation
What you’ll need:
Product DevelopmentexperienceinAdTech,MarTech, ormedia platforms
Deep understanding ofpaid social and video ecosystemsand how planners use them
Proven experience deliveringAPI‑driven platform integrationsat scale
Product judgement — able to translate complexity into clear user value
Experience working with data science, forecasting, or modelling teams
Demonstrable track recordof successfully launching AI‑enabled products into production,
Show measurable impact from AI implementations
The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role, our offer will be determined within this range based on our internal benchmark, reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
