Sales Development Rep (SDR)

Are you an experienced professional seeking a remote, part-time sales role with a flexible schedule?Β  Helium SEO is offering an incredible part-time opportunity as a Sales Development rep. This role pays an hourly rate with a bonus incentive for every qualified meeting booked.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the critical first point of contact for potential clients in the digital marketing landscape.

What You’ll Do

Your role is the heartbeat of our sales process, where your communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit will shine:

  • Strategic Prospecting: Leverage advanced tools like ZoomInfo and Koncert to identify and engage potential clients
  • Relationship Building: Use consultative selling techniques to connect with prospects and create meaningful business relationships (all over the phone!)
  • Lead Management: Qualify incoming leads, schedule appointments, and maintain meticulous records in our HubSpot CRM
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in sales meetings and training sessions that will sharpen your professional skills

In this role, you will use Koncert to call home service companies and discuss Helium’s SEO and SEM offerings. The objective is to book a meeting with the prospect to meet with our AEs.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Required Skills

  • You must have cold calling/prospecting experience!
  • Thrives in a high-energy, high-volume communication environment
  • Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and an insatiable desire to learn
  • Has a foundational understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Excels in time management and organization

Preferred Background

  • Experience in sales, call center, CSR,Β or customer service role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Some knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Strong research and problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to work 15-20 hours consistently each week. You will need to be able to call sometime during standard business hours (8 am ET - 5 pm PT). In this role, you pick the schedule!

Compensation

  • Hourly rate offered between $24-$26/hour (We use ClickUp to keep track of time)
  • Bonus for each qualified meeting booked
  • Bonus for each lead that turns into a closed deal
