We offer wireless screen mirroring, digital signage, and emergency alerts from a single platform for campus communications and student engagement in education. We use a school’s existing displays to help students, teachers, and staff stay safe, engaged, and informed.

Our products include Emergency Alerts, which send visual alerts across connected displays and override current content. We also offer Device Alerts, a separate product for instant, full-screen alerts to staff laptops and desktops with acknowledgment tracking.

For classroom use, our Wireless Screen Mirroring allows teachers and students to share screens. Stream to Students delivers content to student devices in real time, and Share Camera integrates document cameras or webcams. Digital Signage lets you share reminders and event spotlights. Our Multi-zone Layouts display content alongside widgets, and the Vivi Canva App allows direct publishing. The platform also sends campus-wide announcements for updates and reminders.

We integrate with tools like PowerPoints and Google Slides and support Apple TV. Founded in 2015, our products are used in over 2,400 schools, 160,000 classrooms, and by 825,000 teachers and students.

Some roles, like Sales Operations Coordinator, Financial Accountant, and FP&A Analyst, are hybrid and require three days in our South Yarra office. Other roles are fully remote. For remote roles such as Sales Development Representative, Sales Enablement Manager, and Technical Expert, we often prefer candidates in the Mountain or Central Time Zones. The Business Development Manager role for Germany is also remote within Germany and requires up to 50% travel.
