Job description
Rare find - opportunity to take your marketing career to the next level!
Have you been dreaming of building something that actually moves the needle - not just optimizing another ad account? Do you get a thrill out of seeing numbers climb because of your ideas, your experiments, your action?
About the company
We are a sister company of Hostinger in the affiliate marketing software space. We are a small but mighty international team with an even mightier goal - to turn a strong SaaS product into a growth machine. To achieve that we are looking for a results driven strategic yet hands-on marketing leader with a strong affiliate marketing background and a deep understanding of performance channels.
Your role
We’re after someone who loves the adrenaline of growth - the kind of marketer who opens Analytics before coffee, launches three experiments before lunch, and tweaks a landing page at midnight because the CTR could be 0.2% higher.
You’ll shape how thousands of SaaS companies grow their affiliate programs and leave your fingerprints all over our next growth chapter. You’ll report to an experienced leadership team..ahem, not here! ;) You’ll BE the leadership! This is the perfect role for someone who’s been driving growth hands-on and is now ready to take full ownership - to own the playbook, call the shots, and lead the charge her/him-self.
If you consider yourself high-energy, love bias for action and have ever thought, “I could grow this faster if they just let me run it my way,” - this is your chance.
Your day-to-day:
- Develop and execute a clear marketing strategy to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build and scale the company’s affiliate and partner marketing program, working directly with partners.
- Lead all paid and organic acquisition channels (PPC, SEO, content, social, email, influencer, etc.).
- Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI and smart allocation across channels.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to align messaging, positioning, and go-to-market priorities.
- Build a data-driven performance culture — define metrics, run experiments, and optimize continuously.
- Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering ownership, creativity, and growth.
- Represent the marketing voice in company strategy discussions.
Your Skills And Experience:
- Self-starter with true hunger for results, impact and with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- 5+ years of experience in scaling digital marketing in a SaaS startup or B2B tech.
- Strong track record in affiliate/partner marketing — building, scaling, and managing programs successfully.
- Fluency with main marketing digital tools like Ahrefs, Similarweb, Hubspot, MixMax (or similar), affiliate platforms such as TUNE, CJ, PartnerStack etc.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of growth loops, conversion optimization, and funnel metrics.
- Analytical mindset and comfort with data — ability to draw insights and make ROI-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills in English and a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience building or leading small marketing teams is a plus.
Benefits for you:
- Join at a pivotal moment where you can really make an impact — a profitable SaaS company entering its next growth phase.
- Work closely with an experienced CEO and PE fund partners who value autonomy, results, and experimentation.
- Shape the marketing direction and brand of a global product used by thousands of companies.
- Remote-first culture with flexible work setup.
Compensation:
- Gross salary from 6000 EUR/month, depending on your experience and skills
